How we handle your information.

This site belongs to Uservox Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07480478). This page says what personal information the site collects, why, and what we do with it. Last updated 18 September 2026.

What this site collects

Nothing, unless you send it to us. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. If we use analytics, it is a privacy-preserving service that records page views without identifying you, and we will say so here.

The forms

When you send us a message or ask for a demonstration, you give us your name, email address and, if you choose, your role, company and what you need. We use this only to reply to you. The details go to our team's mailbox and to the private channel where the team picks up messages, and are not shared with anyone else, sold, or used for marketing. We keep them for as long as the conversation is live and delete them on request.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection information (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@uservox.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The XMap platform

The XMap application at xmap.uservox.com has its own terms and privacy arrangements, agreed with each client. This page covers only this website.
